The 3rd Annual FRIENDS Stutter-Step 5K Run/Walk
Date: Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 9AM
Venue: McNamara Park in Galena, Ohio (Map It)
FRIENDS is the only national non-profit organization dedicated solely to empowering young people who stutter and their families. Our mission is to provide support and education to people who stutter, their families, and clinicians.
This is our third 5K Run/Walk to raise money for FRIENDS. All profits are placed in a scholarship fund, enabling FRIENDS to offer scholarships to help families, graduate students and PhD. students attend the annual convention and one-day conferences.
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE? A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. So, join us on Saturday, April 14th from anywhere in the country!
