- Don’t keep bugging me
- I can talk, it just might take me a second
- Be patient with me when I have difficulty saying something, don’t finish my sentences for me

- Everything is NOT about NOT stuttering
- Even though I stutter, I am ok and I am happy
- If I get teased I want to tell my mom, but I want to handle it myself

- It’s OK to talk about stuttering
- There are many people who stutter out there, it’s not the end of the world
- My parents should not be worried about me
- I can still be happy even though I stutter
- Don’t rush me, I need to take my time talking, don’t cut me off
- Stuttering is NOT FUN!!

- It’s important that people hear what I say, so don’t interrupt me
