Special Rate for Convention Attendees: $149 + tax per night
Rooms at the special rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis through June 23 only.

Please refer to the sample convention schedule prior to booking your room in order to plan check-in and check-out dates. The convention begins Thursday afternoon and ends Saturday night. Friday and Saturday morning workshops start promptly at 9 a.m.

The closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

Airport Transportation
Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor is located 12 miles from BWI Airport. That’s a 20-25 minute car ride. For directions and hotel shuttle information, please visit the hotel’s Maps and Directions page.

Uber and Lyft are popular options for travel. The Uber rate from the airport to the hotel is approximately $25-30.

Parking

If you are driving to the convention and staying at the convention hotel (Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor), the hotel’s website offers the following information on parking:

 Self parking: Not Available
 Valet parking: $38.00 (24 hour access.)
 Secured: Available
 Covered: Available
 In/Out Privileges: Available
 Other Parking Information: oversize vehicle valet charge of $45.00 per night.

There is a city parking lot next to the hotel that offers $17 per weekday rates and $5 per day weekend rates.  However, there is no in and out access. 

The hotel valet does offer in & out access with no additional charge.
